As of January 1st 2024, 31242 is the CPT procedure code available for the endoscopic destruction of posterior nasal nerves (PNNs) using radio frequency ablation, as is performed with the NEUROMARK procedure. This new code will support the appropriate valuation of PNN ablation and help improve access for a broad range of chronic rhinitis (CR) patients.
